You will receive your photo as a digital download to the email address you have entered whilst completing your payment. To get to your photo file, you can simply click on the link provided in the email and the photo file will upload automatically to your computer. It is strongly advised to save this file on your computer or any other hard drive.
As soon as your payment has gone through and has cleared into ACP account, you will receive an email with your unique link to download your photo file. Depending on payment methods and days of payment, it can take up to 3 or 4 days for the money transfer to go through but it often takes 24 hours.
If you are not sure of what photo size you will need for your project, you can refer to the article entitled "Printing & Web Resolution Guidelines for Photos" on this website where you should find some useful information. If you are still in doubt, feel free to contact us via the contact form and let us know how we can help.
If you realised you ordered the wrong file size there are 3 main options.
1. If you have just placed your order, you can simply cancel your order by contacting us immediately and you will be refunded in full.
2. If you have placed your order and payment has cleared but we have not sent you the link to download your photo file yet, you can get a full refund as long as you contact us before we send you your downlaod link.
3. If we have already sent you your download link by email, we can't grant any refund.
You can easily cancel your order yourself by going to the "My Account" tab at the top of the page and then clicking on your "Orders" section on the menu on the left. There you will be able to see your order details and on the right hand side of the order description you have a "Cancel" button.
If you need a specific size that is not covered in the four sizes that are on option, you can contact us directly to see if you can accomodate a custom size for you.
Most if not all of the photos on this website are in 2:3 / 4:6 ratio which allows a great amplitude to frame a 16:9 crop from the original photo file size. You can easily opt for any size and then crop the photo to a 16:9 ratio. This gives more choice on the cropping so you can choose you own 16:9 composition.
To claim your 10% OFF, you simply need to register to our mailing list and once you have confirmed your email address, you should receive a welcome email with your discount coupon code. You will be able to enter your coupon code on the payment page.
